When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by August 1, 2026. This helps us finalize the seating chart, catering numbers, and other details in time for the big day. RSVP here →
What is the dress code?
There’s no strict dress code — come as you like! Feel free to complement our wedding palette if you’d like, but wear whatever makes you feel great and comfortable.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will take place lakeside at Miller Park — an open-air setting right on the water. The reception and all other events will be held inside Miller Park Pavilion. Late August in central Illinois is warm with highs typically in the mid-80s°F, so dress accordingly for the outdoor ceremony. Contingency plans are in place for any unexpected weather.
Can I bring a plus one?
You are welcome to bring as many guests as you’d like — the more the merrier! Just make sure to include the full names of everyone in your party when you submit your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely — children are welcome and we love that this is a celebration for the whole family! We can’t wait to share this day with guests of all ages.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We ask that guests arrive by 1:45 PM so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins at 2:00 PM. The venue will have ushers available to help you find your seat.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, free parking is available throughout Miller Park right at the venue. We also encourage guests to use Uber or Lyft for the return trip — so everyone can enjoy the evening without worrying about driving.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Photos are welcome and encouraged throughout the day! Capture every moment and share the love — you can upload your photos to our image gallery at guerrawedding.dev in real-time or any time after the wedding.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP form. We will do our best to accommodate you and will pass all information along to our caterer. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly.
Where should I stay?
We have a full travel guide with recommended hotels in Bloomington-Normal, all within 15–25 minutes of Miller Park Pavilion. We recommend booking early!
How far is the venue from the airport?
Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) in Bloomington-Normal is approximately 20 minutes from the venue and is the closest option. If flying into Chicago, both O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) are approximately 2.5 hours by car via I-55 South. Amtrak’s Lincoln Service also runs daily from Chicago Union Station to Bloomington-Normal, making either Chicago airport a convenient option for rail travelers.
